What you can expect from the Reiki Level I - Shoden course
Welcome to Reiki Level I - Shoden, the beginning of your exciting Reiki journey. This course is right for you if you feel called to master the 'art of inviting happiness’, as the founder of Reiki, Dr. Usui, described Reiki as. He was so right in his description!
Reiki is not associated with any religion but can be complementary to any spiritual practice. In this course, you will learn about the 5 Reiki Principles, and how this intelligent and powerful energy can bring harmony and happiness.
The healing Reiki energy always knows what you need to heal your mind, body and spirit. This course is packed full with everything you need to get started to become proficient at mastering Reiki for yourself, as well as become confident in taking those next steps in helping others.
What you need to know about the Reiki Level I - Shoden course
As well as an abundance of training materials, there is also the option to get access to Heather Finch, Reiki Master, for a personalised 1-1 session for an in person attunement. This will happen at the same time that you complete the course and receive your official Reiki Level 1 Certificate, which you can share with your peers!
Please note, this in person attunement is required as part of the UK Reiki Federation certification requirements specifically for the Reiki Level I certificate. If you are unable to make this meeting in person, you will still be granted access to this course, as well as a certification. However, it will be under the name of Art of Inviting Happiness Level I certificate to abide by these Reiki Federation regulations.

Heather Finch
Heather Finch is a Certified Reiki Master Teacher and Akashic Record Mystic. In her practice, she shares with you the learnings she has discovered on how to overcome life’s challenges and to live out your wildest dreams with happiness and joy.
The challenges Heather has faced has taught her that ANYONE can change their life, their habits, and/or their circumstances. It IS possible! We all have our own journey to take and finding the right alternative holistic approach is a very individual process.
Heather is very passionate about helping others to learn the art of inviting happiness into their lives. Reiki has helped her to find that happiness and now she gives back by helping people just like you find their happiness and peace too!

"I decided to do my Reiki Level I in 2020 while we were in lockdown. We did 4 weekly 1+ hour video sessions to complete the learning part of the Reiki certification. As it was not safe at the time my attunements were done over the video calls. Now that things are a bit safer in 2021 we were able to do my attunements in person in the garden, and it was nice to reconnect with the Reiki energy. The weekly Reiki Healing Circle helps to keep me and everyone else that joins connected and focused on living Reiki. It is a wonderful way to learn about and practice Reiki.
