Course Summary
Reiki Level I is the beginning of your Reiki journey. Dr. Usui who developed Reiki in Japan said it is the 'art of inviting happiness.' He was so right! The 5 Reiki Principles are the basis for the mindset and the Reiki energy is amazing and exciting to work with. The healing is immense as it helps you to balance your mind, body, and spirit. It is not associated with any religion but can be complimentary to any spiritual practice. This course is not just an online course. Yes, you get all the materials, pdf's and videos to go through your Reiki I journey, and you will even get a Reiki Level I Certificate at the end of the course, but this course also requires a 1 to 1 session to provide your attunements in person and where you can ask questions about the course as you are presented with your certificate. If you would not be able to make this meeting in person you can still take the online course but your Certificate will not be a Reiki Level I certificate but rather an Art of Inviting Happiness Level I certificate due to the restrictions of the Reiki Federation on Reiki certification requires in person attunements. I am passionate about helping others to learn the art of inviting happiness into their lives! I struggled most of my life with trying to find peace and happiness. I suffered from depression and anxiety, fibromyalgia and other autoimmune diseases, chronic pain, and all I ever wanted was to just be happy.
There are a lot of parts to having a fulfilling, happy life but by working on each one individually for a while you can achieve the everlasting happiness. Life still has ups and downs, but finding your core belief that happiness and love are within you will be guiding you through it.
Reiki has helped me to find that happiness and I want to help others to find their happiness and peace and have amazing lives too!
